Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience across trades and projects.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• USACE QCM certificate required.
• Frequent moves across the United States anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite construction to achieve safety, schedule and financial objectives.
• Lead a daily standup before work begins each day.
• Prepare and maintain a three-week look-ahead schedule with long-range planning.
• Participate in and prepare pay applications for government,
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure baseline schedule alignment.
• Maintain a clean, orderly field site and enforce safety practices.
• Coordinate quality control and inspections to align with contract documents.
• Maintain amicable relationships with subcontractors.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
