Job summary

Bradford Custom Homes & Remodeling is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead high-end custom homes and large remodels across the north metro Atlanta area, with an on-site, field-based role and weekly in-office meetings in Acworth. You will manage budgets, coordinate trades, and maintain exceptional client relationships.

The ideal candidate excels in a design-driven process, collaborates with pre-construction and design teams, and upholds Bradford’s standards of quality and performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Residential Project Manager/Superintendent/Builder for custom homes and/or large-scale remodels.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and building codes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, trades, and timelines in the field.
• Experience with high-end custom homes in affluent markets like north metro Atlanta.
• Background working closely with design and architecture teams.
• Track record of building strong relationships with trade partners and vendors.
• Comfortable leading homeowner meetings and communicating with high-expectation clients.
• Solid financial awareness: tracking budgets, reviewing job costs, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Own the project on site, schedule, budget, and client communication.
• Act as the day-to-day face of Bradford for homeowners and trade partners.
• Coordinate closely with pre-construction and design teams as projects move into production.
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites reflecting Bradford branding.
• Monitor quality and details throughout the project and address issues early.
