Job summary

Ranney Blair Weidmann Remodeling seeks an experienced Residential Remodeling Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with exceptional client satisfaction.

You will coordinate a small portfolio of high-quality remodels, manage subcontractors, and maintain rigorous schedules while upholding our craftsmanship standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in residential remodeling or custom home construction.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and building practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to confidently manage multiple moving parts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Comfortable using construction management software (JobTread, Buildertrend, Procore, CoConstruct, or similar is a plus).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2-4 residential remodeling projects simultaneously.
• Review project plans and scopes before construction begins.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout construction.
• Conduct regular job site visits to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to plans.
• Monitor project budgets and approve subcontractor invoices upon satisfactory completion.
• Work closely with estimating and leadership to manage costs and project changes.
• Proactively identify and solve problems before they impact the schedule or client experience.
• Ensure projects comply with company standards, building codes, and safety requirements.
• Provide regular progress updates to clients and company leadership.

What You'll Do
