Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring timely, budget-aware, quality projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field staff to maintain schedules and safety.
• Conduct daily site meetings, monitor progress, address delays or conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and local building codes.
• Maintain daily reports, safety logs, and quality control records.
• Review and interpret construction plans to ensure proper on-site execution.
