Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Permanent Senior Superintendent-Commercial TI to lead on-site construction across Education, Retail, TI, Healthcare, and related sectors in Irvine, CA. The role demands strong leadership, clear communication, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will manage wide-ranging commercial projects, ensuring timeline and budget goals are met, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with project managers, engineers, and architects to deliver outstanding

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a superintendent or similar role in construction.
• Experience managing diverse commercial projects (Education, Retail, TI, Healthcare, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree preferred in CM or Civil Engineering.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and construction regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure project objectives are met.
• Implement and supervise the construction schedule, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Effectively communicate project updates and progress to all stakeholders, including clients, project team members, and senior management.
• Manage and mitigate any on-site issues or risks, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
• Foster a positive and safe working environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and productivity among the workforce.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and leadership to junior team members, fostering professional growth and development.
