SERVPRO of Santa Clarita Valley is seeking a Construction Crew Lead to manage and execute construction projects on-site, serving as the customer’s on-site contact and upholding SERVPRO’s Here to Help commitment. This role leads by example in managing scopes, timelines, and safety to deliver high-quality workmanship.

The position requires hands-on construction work, strong leadership, and clear communication with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction and lingering brand trust.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of construction experience (drywall, paint, trim, cabinets preferred).
• Jobsite and personnel leadership skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the on-site Point-of-Contact for every construction project.
• Coordinate and perform construction processes per work orders and schedules.
• Perform job site activities including staging, drywall and trim, texture, painting, and cabinet installation.
• Use equipment efficiently and ensure protection of jobsite materials.
• Communicate status and concerns with managers and office staff.
