Job summary

SERVPRO of Beverly Hills is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead reconstruction projects from inspection to completion, partnering with homeowners, business owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver safe, on-time, and on-budget results while providing an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing multiple construction, reconstruction, restoration, or remodeling projects.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management skills.
• Excellent leadership, customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects while staying organized and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of construction practices, permitting processes, and local building codes.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel locally between project sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the reconstruction process.
• Perform site evaluations, review project scopes, and help secure reconstruction projects.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines while maintaining profitability goals.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Monitor project progress to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Identify and manage change orders, project challenges, and customer expectations.
• Conduct project walkthroughs, complete punch-list items, and ensure customer satisfaction upon completion.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, office staff, leadership, and production teams.
• Lead jobsite safety efforts and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
