Responsibilities

• Customer Relations & Quality Assurance: Ensure a positive customer experience and satisfaction.
• Project Management & Job Execution: Coordinate and perform construction processes per work orders and schedules; install drywall, trim, textures, and paint.
• Asset & Resource Management: Maintain and secure equipment; manage daily/weekly/monthly maintenance; oversee facility grounds tasks.
• Other Duties: Continue developing construction expertise and communicate project status with management.
