You will partner with project managers and leadership on budgets, job costing, vendor payments, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• 3+ years of private or public accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost accounting, job costing, and related procedures.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to present financial information clearly to project managers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Budgets and cost control for each project with PMs.
• Track job costs across lifecycle and adjust budgets for unforeseen costs.
• Research market trends and forecast price changes for materials/services.
• Prepare invoices, forecast cash flow, and sign off on purchase orders.
• Process vendor payments accurately and maintain project financial records.
• Prepare cost analyses and flag risks to management early.
