Job summary

Roundhouse Communities LLC in Boise, Idaho is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multifamily residential projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top-quality results.

You will lead a team of contractors, architects, and engineers, manage schedules and risks, enforce safety and code compliance, and liaise with clients and vendors to keep projects on track in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily or similar construction project management.
• Proficiency with project management software and scheduling tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, codes, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of multifamily construction projects, including timelines and budgets.
• Lead project teams of contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets; track invoices and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes.
• Communicate progress with clients and stakeholders and manage risks.
