Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus two years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities and proficiency with MS Office.
• Knowledge of BIM and LEAN technologies and ability to read contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with architects, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, inspectors, Turner staff, and owner's reps.
• Oversee contract drawings, subcontract information, and ensure alignment with the estimate.
• Manage the project budget.
• Manage submittals and shop drawings, resolve interpretation conflicts.
• Negotiate change orders and manage changes with estimates and approvals.
• Oversee close-out process and prepare final records (RFIs, warranties, as-builts, manuals).
• Supervise Engineering Assistants, Plan Clerks and Interns.
• Prepare scope of work documents for trades.
• Develop reports such as labor, safety, and quality control.
• Schedule coordination meetings and review meetings with subcontractors.
