The role collaborates with Construction, Service, and Accounting teams, handling SAP entries, expense reconciliation, and general office administration. This on-site position requires meticulous record-keeping, adherence to regulatory requirements, and the ability to manage confidential data while coordinating

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction contract administration, compliance, or similar role.
• Experience with accounting data entry and GL coding; SAP preferred.
• Experience with contractor prequalification portals and multi-state licensing.
• High accuracy and discretion when handling confidential data.
• Ability to work independently across departments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contractor prequalification packages and maintain records.
• Manage business license renewals across states and align with revenue filings.
• Maintain contractor licenses and verify eligibility by state.
• Process CCIP/OCIP enrollment and filings for projects.
• Prepare certified payroll reports and prevailing wage breakdowns.
• Obtain and track project permits and maintain organized records.
• Enter and code SAP transactions with accurate GL assignment.
• Reconcile purchasing card and expense documentation.
• Support month-end close and respond to audit documentation requests.
• Coordinate meetings and manage office supplies and vendor relationships.
