Job summary

CIMCO Refrigeration Inc. is seeking a Construction Finance Analyst on-site at our Chesapeake, VA service hub.

This role supports licensing, permits, payroll compliance, and SAP data entry across multiple states, collaborating with Construction, Service, and Accounting teams to ensure accuracy and timely submissions. You will manage contractor prequalification, multi-state licensing, and project documentation, while handling confidential information and contributing to month-end close.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction contract administration, compliance, or similar role.
• Experience with accounting data entry and GL coding; SAP strongly preferred.
• Experience with contractor prequalification portals and multi-state licensing.
• High accuracy and discretion when handling confidential data.
• Ability to work independently across departments and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contractor prequalification packages (paper and portals) with project data and billing details.
• Manage business license renewals across multiple states and align with accounting revenue figures.
• Maintain contractor licenses and verify self-perform eligibility by state.
• Process CCIP/OCIP enrollment and filings for construction projects.
• Prepare certified payroll reports and prevailing wage breakdowns for public works.
• Obtain and track project permits and maintain records.
• Maintain customer and vendor portals with accurate data.
• Enter and code SAP transactions and ensure correct GL assignment.
• Reconcile corporate purchasing cards and expense documentation.
• Support month-end close and respond to audit requests.
• Coordinate meetings and company events; manage office supplies and vendor relations.
