Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an Assistant Production Manager for our New York venues to coordinate on-stage and backstage production, show settlement, and technical details for concerts and events.

You will work with the Production Manager, interface with contractors and tours, manage load-in/out, ensure schedules, costs, and rider requirements are met, and assist with show accounting and labor cost tracking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event-based production with an emphasis in live music.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordination between tour and/or client production and LN venue.
• Advancing and obtaining presale technical information, including production needs and rider requirements.
• Interface with local contractors, tours, clients, and venue production teams for all show requirements.
• Day of show management from load in to load out, focusing on artist/client service and adherence to schedules.
• Assist the PM with show accounting and settlement with artists, including vendor payments.
• Assist the PM with tracking labor costs and budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Assist the PM with coordination and management of subcontractors and third-party vendors to ensure safe, efficient events.
• Assist the PM in onboarding and training production staff.
