Job summary

BC Tech Pro is seeking a Computer Field Technician to perform hardware repairs and installations on laptops and desktops at customer sites. This is a 1099-per-call position with earnings tied to completed calls; starting pay is $35 per call and increases with distance traveled.

You will complete Dell and Lenovo certifications online during onboarding, and you must have a valid driver''s license and reliable transportation, with portal logins by 9 am to plan routes.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience replacing components on laptops and desktops.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with daily local travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware repairs and installations on laptops and desktops at customer sites.
• Complete Dell and Lenovo certifications during onboarding online.
• Log calls and map routes in the portal by 9 am each workday.
• Procure and drop off parts daily from FedEx/UPS and return old parts with prepaid labels.
