The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on composite decking experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, installation crews, and internal teams, with willingness to travel to job sites.

Qualifications

• Extensive firsthand experience building composite decking.
• Strong knowledge of composite deck construction, design, layout, measurements, framing, stairs, railings, and finishing details.
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings, scopes of work, and product specifications.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively across internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to identify installation challenges before construction begins.
• Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders and access areas necessary to inspect and measure projects.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple jobsites each day to conduct detailed pre- and post-installation project reviews and inspections (Company vehicle & gas provided).
• Confirm layout, design, product selections and details with the client.
• Verify precise field measurements to confirm dimensions, elevations, and material requirements.
• Identify potential installation challenges, design conflicts, or structural concerns before installation begins.
• Document all project details, photos, and specifications.
• Communicate any discrepancies, necessary changes, or potential concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Answer client questions and explain project details thoroughly.
