The role

As a Decking Project Manager, you own your projects in the field from start to finish. Once a job is sold and handed to production, you are the point person. You manage the build, coordinate crews, order materials, track budgets, communicate with homeowners, and make sure the job finishes clean and on schedule. You\'re not here to babysit. You\'re here to execute.

What You Own

Managing active deck projects from start to final walkthrough
Ordering all materials accurately and on time
Managing job budgets and protecting margins
Coordinating crews, subs, dumpsters, and inspections
Being the main point of contact for homeowners during the build
Making sure work matches scope, drawings, and company standards
Keeping JobTread updated with photos, notes, and status
Catching issues early and fixing them fast
Closing out jobs clean and professionally
