Premier Deck, Inc. is seeking a Deck Lead to oversee on-site deck construction and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will arrive on site by 7:30, unload, coordinate with the Deck Tech, and drive the project from start to finish, ensuring safety and quality.

You will maintain daily logs, plan materials, update customers, and punch out by 3:30. The role emphasizes customer service, timely delivery, organization, and maintaining a clean, stocked trailer to support steady, year-round

Qualifications

• Basic hand tools required.
• Ability to lift 80 pounds.

• Direct and professional interaction with customer.
• Maintain continuous customer communication.
• Strive for a 5-star review on all projects.
• Maintain Premier Deck quality standards.
• Complete projects on time; plan 3-day look ahead for materials.
• Update daily job log and production task list.
• Keep job site clean and trailer organized.
• Maintain a stocked trailer for production.
• Collaborate with Deck Tech to deliver ~200 sq ft per week.
