Formación

• Two years’ experience in affordable housing management to include one year of staff management, maintenance and project management and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises maintenance and janitorial staff, including contract or temporary personnel.
• Supervises vendors, contractors, and providers of service to ensure quality of work.
• Establishes emergency maintenance coverage and ensures timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Reviews work orders daily and ensures completion within Eden Housing standards.
• Maintains occupancy, markets units, and administers resident selection and leasing processes.
• Manages financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with regulations.
