Qualifications

• Two years of affordable housing management experience.
• Ability to lead and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and janitorial staff and contractors.
• Manage vendors and service providers to ensure quality.
• Maintain occupancy and market units per policy.
• Prepare regular financial reports and assist with budgeting.
• Oversee resident relations and enforce Fair Housing practices.
• Ensure safety, compliance and timely completion of work orders.
