NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC in Tucson, AZ seeks an Assistant Community Manager for a 325-unit Class C property. This non-exempt, hourly role (23.00–25.00) requires strong organization and guest relations to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction.

You will assist the Community Manager with leasing, budgeting, and daily property management tasks, including rent collections, reporting, and coordinating resident events. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in on-site leasing or property management preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping and electronic payments.
• Input data for move-ins/move-outs/renewals in ResMan.
• Handle delinquency notices and eviction processes with attorney.
• Assist leasing/marketing: tours, quotes, deposits, applications, credit verifications.
• Prepare lease paperwork and review rent terms for compliance.
• Conduct month-end accounting reporting.
• Support community events and resident relations.
