Job summary

Investment Property Group is seeking a Community Manager to oversee two manufactured housing communities, Hogan Meadows in Gresham and Aspen Meadows in Portland. You will manage on-site staff, daily operations, and budgeting to meet financial and operational targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.

The role requires strong people skills, resident relations, rent collection, and vendor coordination, with a focus on excellent customer service and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience managing a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Strong interpersonal skills with residents and teammates.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer service oriented with ability to resolve conflicts.
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
• Ability to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with tenants and vendors.
• Familiarity with property management software and basic accounting.
• Marketing and leasing skills to maintain high occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Represent Investment Property Group professionally at all times.
• Oversee operational integrity of the manufactured housing community and support staff.
• Enforce lease agreements and community rules.
• Lead, coach, and motivate on-site staff.
• Manage the application process for new move-ins.
• Build relationships with residents, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reports to partner agencies.
• Oversee rent collection and bi-monthly deposits of all monies.
• Review delinquent accounts and accounting reporting.
• Hire, train, evaluate, develop, and discipline on-site staff.
• Address resident concerns and grievances.
• Coordinate with local agencies and law enforcement.
• Adhere to Fair Housing and Equal Employment standards.
