Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience managing a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster resident relations and teamwork.
• Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle complaints and deliver high levels of customer service.
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
• Identify improvement areas to boost efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Represent IPG professionally at all times.
• Oversee operations for two manufactured housing communities.
• Enforce lease agreements and community rules.
• Lead and mentor on-site staff; manage hiring and training.
• Oversee move-ins and occupancy management.
• Coordinate vendors and ensure quality and compliance.
• Ensure regulatory reporting and adherence to housing laws.
• Manage rent collection and financial reporting.
• Respond to resident concerns and emergencies.
• Liaise with contractors, landlords, and local authorities.
