Investment Property Group is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee two manufactured housing communities in Provo, UT and Springville, UT. You will manage day-to-day operations, staff, and resources to hit budgeted goals while ensuring adherence to policies and laws governing manufactured housing.

The role requires strong leadership, resident relations, and hands-on operations oversight with a focus on occupancy, rent collection, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience managing a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with residents and staff.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle conflict and provide high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Represent Investment Property Group in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Oversee the operational integrity of a manufactured housing community and support staff to ensure financial performance and compliance.
• Enforce lease agreements, community rules, and regulations.
• Oversee the application process for new move-ins.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to ensure employees feel valued and empowered.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with on-site teams, residents, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and report to partner agencies.
