Job summary

Investment Property Group in Oregon seeks a Community Manager to oversee two manufactured housing communities, Hogan Meadows in Gresham and Aspen Meadows in Portland. You will lead on-site teams, manage daily operations, and ensure financial and regulatory goals are met.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience managing 100+ unit communities, strong customer service, and proficiency with rent collection and property management software. Living on site is provided with a 2-bedroom home.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle conflict, deliver high-level customer service.
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
• Familiarity with property management software and basic accounting.
• Marketing and sales skills to promote occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Hogan Meadows and Aspen Meadows communities.
• Enforce lease agreements, community rules and regulations.
• Lead, coach, and motivate on-site staff; manage hiring and training.
• Oversee rent collection and bi-monthly deposits; review delinquencies.
• Coordinate with residents, vendors, and local authorities; ensure compliance.
• Maintain occupancy and promote high occupancy rates.
