Cambridge Management, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager for Cedar Flats in Puyallup, WA.

Under the Regional Manager, you will oversee daily operations of a multi-family community, maximize cash flow and ensure LIHTC and HUD compliance while delivering excellent resident service. Responsibilities include leasing support, budgeting with the accounting team, supervising staff, and ensuring timely rent collection, vendor oversight, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or CPM preferred.
• Experience managing LIHTC and HUD multi-family properties.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and budgeting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee financial performance and work toward achieving NOI.
• Ensure OneSite data accuracy and leasing activity reports.
• Monitor compliance with Fair Housing and other regulations.
• Recruit and develop team members; management and supervision responsibilities.
