Stonemark is seeking a Community Manager to support the Regional Manager in maximizing asset value. You will supervise staff showing apartments, explain occupancy terms, and handle leasing and security deposits while ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires strong people skills, budget awareness, and a focus on resident satisfaction. You’ll coordinate reporting, marketing efforts, and rent collection with attention to legal guidelines and timeliness.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree or equivalent and 3–5 years related experience as an on-site Assistant Manager.
• ARM, CAM, or RAM certification preferred.
• Real estate license may be required in some states.
• Experience in preparing budgets and staff management is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Assist Regional Manager with special projects and admin tasks.
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports, market surveys, and marketing programs.
• Review rental applications and lease forms for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Recommend improvements to marketing and leasing programs.
• Approve in writing all market‑ready apartments.
• Maintain knowledge of the local real estate market and community role.
• Track cash management: AR, AP, rent deposits.
