Job summary

RPM Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee all operations at a multifamily property in Balch Springs, TX. The role requires strong resident relations, leadership, and finance awareness to manage leasing, maintenance, budgets, and reporting.

You will lead onsite staff, implement monthly marketing plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high guest service standards while delivering on performance targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-family property management experience.
• 2+ years in affordable housing preferred.
• Experience with PFC, AMI, Income Restricted, Senior 55+/62+ is a plus.
• Onesite software experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with company policy.
• Analyze performance and trends to develop and implement monthly marketing plan.
• Trains, motivates and supervises all on-site staff to achieve operational goals.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining resident service standards.
• Assist in preparation of budget and adherence to budgets.
• Complete month-end and year-end reporting as required.
• Provide narrative of monthly budget variances +/- 10% per line item.
• Ensure property operations comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
