Job summary

RPM Living seeks a Community Manager in Dallas, TX to oversee all operations at a multifamily community. You will lead staff, drive performance, and ensure high-quality resident relations through strong communication and hands-on leadership.

You will manage leasing, budgeting, safety training, and coordinate with maintenance and HR to balance occupancy and revenue goals. On-site role with flexible hours supports business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Team player, professional, and effective communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead property staff, oversee onboarding, training, timesheet approval and annual reviews.
• Drive team performance, provide feedback, and manage disciplinary actions with HR.
• Conduct ongoing training on leasing, safety, and daily operations.
• Promote resident satisfaction and promptly respond to complaints and requests.
• Collaborate with maintenance to meet service requests and uphold standards.
• Assist in budgeting and ensure adherence to budgets and financial reporting.
• Represent owners by conducting property tours, providing updates and addressing owner requests.
