Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to promote the community, drive leasing activity, and build resident relationships.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with Yardi, Rent Café, and CRM software; MS Office Suite including Excel preferred.
