Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, expense management, and net operating income oversight.
• Collections: on-time rent and legal notices in compliance with state law.
• Occupancy and leasing: renewals, approvals, and incoming residents.
• Lead a small on-site team through busy and slow seasons.
• Oversee vendor/contractor relationships for landscaping, maintenance, and rehabs.
• Ensure curb appeal, amenities, safety standards, and on-time capital projects.
• Foster resident relationships and drive renewals.
