Job summary

Westland Real Estate Group is seeking a Community Manager for Nellis Gardens in Las Vegas. You will lead the on-site team and own the property’s financial and operational performance to drive overall success.

The role requires 2–5 years in property management, budgeting and financial reporting experience, and knowledge of fair housing laws. Nevada work-card is a non-negotiable condition of employment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Property Manager/Community Manager or similar leadership role in property management.
• Proven budgeting, financial reporting, and resident relations experience.
• Working knowledge of fair housing laws and property management regulations.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Nevada Private Investigator's License/work card required (Nevada only).

Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership: develop and manage annual budget, oversee rent collection and expenses, prepare performance reports.
• Team Management: lead and mentor on-site team, oversee hiring, training, performance, scheduling, payroll.
• Leasing & Marketing: drive leasing, set rent rates, oversee marketing and lease renewals.
• Resident Relations: foster positive living environment, plan community events, enforce policies.
• Property Operations: ensure maintenance, coordinate with staff, manage vendor relationships.
