Job summary

Karya Property Management (KPM) is seeking a Community Manager for a Las Vegas property. You will lead on-site leasing and maintenance teams, manage the budget, drive occupancy, and be the primary contact for residents and ownership.

This hands-on role requires weekend availability, strong communication, and a proven multifamily property management background. CAM/CAPS preferred; Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multifamily property management with at least 1 year in a manager or assistant manager role.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site leasing and maintenance teams, manage the budget, drive occupancy and maintain resident satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage work orders, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure timely completion.
• Oversee leasing activity, applications, approvals, and renewals to maximize occupancy.
• Direct marketing efforts and social media presence to attract residents and reduce vacancies.
• Hire, train and develop on-site staff; ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
