Westland Real Estate Group is seeking a proactive Community Manager to lead an on-site team and drive the property's financial and operational performance in Las Vegas.

You will own budgeting, rent collection, and vendor coordination while maintaining high occupancy and resident satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, budgeting expertise, and knowledge of fair housing laws.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Property Manager, Community Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
• Budgeting, financial reporting, and resident relations experience.
• Working knowledge of fair housing laws and property management regulations.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Nevada Private Investigator's License/work card required (Nevada only).
• CAM or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership: Develop and manage the property's annual budget, oversee rent collection, manage expenses, and prepare financial reports.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor the on-site team, including hiring, training, performance management, scheduling, and payroll.
• Leasing & Marketing: Drive leasing to maintain high occupancy, set rental rates, oversee marketing, and renewals.
• Resident Relations: Cultivate a positive living environment, plan events, enforce policies.
• Property Operations: Ensure maintenance, coordinate with staff, and manage vendor relationships.
