Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation and administration of the Association in accordance with the management agreement and policies.
• Act as liaison with the Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
• Prepare and review financial reports and management summaries for the Board.
• Oversee budgeting, procurement, and capital expenditure recommendations.
• Coordinate and oversee vendor management and contractor performance.
• Attend Board meetings and community events as needed.
