Legacy Communities is seeking a Full Time Community Manager to oversee a manufactured home community, delivering outstanding service and ensuring a positive living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

You will manage day-to-day operations including rent collection, maintenance coordination, and sales of inventory and brokered homes, while maintaining records in CRM and adhering to fair housing guidelines. This role demands a proactive, customer-focused leader in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years of property management experience preferred.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Collect monthly rent payments.
• Enforce park rules and regulations.
• Maintain resident files current and confidential.
• Develop and maintain community relationships.
• Process resident applications and follow fair housing guidelines.
• Maintain current records in property operating system(s).
• Work with staff and vendors to ensure property appearance and upkeep.
• Actively sell inventory and brokered homes.
• Schedule and conduct home tours and showings; may occur evenings/weekends.
• Enter leads into CRM within one hour of receipt; follow up promptly.
