Job summary

Dominium seeks a Community Manager for Five Mile Creek, a 236-unit Dallas apartment community. You will oversee day-to-day property operations, occupancy goals, renewals, and customer relations, ensuring compliance and budget adherence.

You will supervise staff, handle move-ins/move-outs, and coordinate with HR on hiring, training, and performance reviews. A 2-year degree and 3 years of multifamily management are required; Yardi experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in a related field; 4-year degree preferred.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit exp. preferred.
• ARM/COS/RAM or similar designation preferred.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; ability to speak in front of groups.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy, collections, appearance, resident retention and compliance.
• Maintain visibility and rapport with residents; ensure day-to-day operations.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with HR; conduct performance reviews and training.
• Handle move-ins/move-outs, lease signings and rent collections.
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing, and adherence to policy; manage vendor relations.
• Ensure property safety, audits, and regulatory compliance; document records.
