Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Five Mile Creek, a 236‑unit property in Dallas, TX. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, drive occupancy, collections, maintenance, and resident satisfaction while coordinating with on‑site staff and HR.

Qualified candidates have multifamily PM experience, a 2‑year degree (4‑year preferred), and may hold ARM/COS/RAM designation. Yardi and MS Office proficiency are required; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred) or equivalent.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting/administrative background preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy, collections, appearance, retention and compliance for the property.
• Oversee staff performance, training, hiring/terminations and HR coordination.
• Resolve resident issues and maintain resident relations and communications.
• Manage budgets and purchase procedures per company policies.
• Oversee maintenance coordination, vendor management and safety meetings.
• Review leases, renewals, and occupancy projections; monitor rent collections.
