Dominium, a national affordable housing developer and manager, seeks a Community Manager for Five Mile Creek in Dallas, TX. You will oversee daily operations, maximize occupancy, collect rents, supervise staff, and coordinate with maintenance and leasing teams to deliver a safe, well-maintained community.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in a related field is required; 4-year preferred.
• ARM/COS/RAM or similar designation preferred.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations and maintain occupancy targets.
• Supervise site staff and coordinate contractors.
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing, and vendor relations.
• Ensure resident relations, tenant retention, and compliance.
• Maintain property records and prepare performance reviews.
• Address safety and audit matters and ensure policy adherence.
