Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Five Mile Creek, a 236‑unit community in Dallas, TX, to support the Community Manager in daily operations.

You will help maintain occupancy, train site staff, and foster resident relations while representing the property in the community. The role requires flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends and a focus on delivering great customer service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team atFive Mile Creek, a 236 unit apartment community in Dallas, TX.

Position Summary:

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management

• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
