Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Bren Road Station, a 262-unit apartment community in Minnetonka, MN. You will lead on-site operations, tenant relations, and team supervision to maximize occupancy and maintain community standards.

The role requires a 2-year degree in a related field (4-year degree preferred); ARM/COS/RAM designation is a plus. Prior multifamily property management experience and knowledge of tax credit programs are expected.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred) in a related field; ARM/COS/RAM designation preferred.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience; tax credit experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; second language a plus.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred; reliable with time management.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy, collections, appearance, resident retention, and compliance.
• Supervise staff; hire/terminate per policy; conduct reviews and training.
• Manage resident relations, concerns, and retention programs; ensure clear communications.
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing, and adherence to company directives.
• Process move-ins/outs, screen applicants, and handle lease signings.
