Qualifications

• 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred) in a related field or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
• Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Resident Apartment Manager (RAM), or similar designation preferred.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains daily operations and may fulfill duties of any open position to ensure physical curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Meets with staff to review occupancy goals, renewals and projections; conducts orientation and training; handles performance reviews and staff changes.
• Establishes strong resident relations and resolves issues promptly and fairly.
• Oversees budget adherence, purchasing procedures, and accounting directives; notifies management of variations.
• Manages move-ins/outs, screenings, and lease signings; coordinates with HR and corporate Marketing as needed.
• Supervises contractors or vendors to ensure quality work and contract compliance.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws, policies, and property management procedures.
