Live Bryten is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Villas de la Terraza in Albuquerque, NM. This role supports daily operations, resident services, and leasing activities at a busy multifamily community.

You will handle resident accounts, rent collections, and leasing processes while coordinating with maintenance and staff to ensure timely service and high occupancy. A customer‑focused, detail‑oriented professional with property management experience fits best.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management or leasing is preferred.
• Strong customer service and administrative skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and overall community performance.
• Manage resident accounts, rent collections, and payments.
• Support leasing, occupancy goals, and resident retention.
• Process applications, screenings, and leasing support.
• Coordinate with maintenance for service requests and turns.
• Respond to resident inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate resident files and financial records.
• Support lease renewals, move-ins/outs, and communications.
