Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-family leasing management experience.
• Strong financial and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• A high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and team performance at Norte Villas.
• Oversee leasing processes and compliant procedures.
• Manage budgets, rent collections, and resident communications.
• Coordinate maintenance and curb appeal and safety initiatives.
• Provide client and asset director with regular reporting.
