Job summary

Sun Communities & Sun Outdoors in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a Community Manager to lead the daily operations of our residential communities. You will oversee leasing, marketing, budgeting, maintenance, and resident relations to drive occupancy and satisfaction.

This on-site role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to coordinate a diverse team. Responsibilities include rental income management, vendor coordination, compliance with fair housing laws, and on-site

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Business.
• 2 years property management experience with 2 years supervisory experience required.
• 6 months in sales and leasing experience required.
• Ability to live on-site (housing provided) and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rent collection, posting, and deposits for leasing of rental sites and homes (Essential).
• Market and sell new and pre-owned homes; prepare listings and documents (Essential).
• Handle delinquencies and eviction proceedings per policy (Essential).
• Monitor invoices for operating and sales costs (Essential).
• Ensure safety policies and incident reporting are completed promptly (Essential).
• Lead team selection and development; ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate repairs, leasing, refurbishments, and re-leasing of homes.
• Support budgeting and provide data for CapEx and expansion plans.
