Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons is seeking an on-site Associate Community Manager for Enclave at the Green Apartments in Midlothian, VA. You will manage apartment rentals, lease documentation, move-in/out procedures, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires prior sales or customer service experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and familiarity with property management software. Weekend hours may be assigned; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Previous sales or customer service experience required.
• Experience in multi-family property management preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or related property management software preferred.
• Maintain professional appearance per dress code.
• Flexible with work schedule; weekend hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Handle all activities related to apartment rentals, including generating traffic, leasing, qualifying residents, and processing move-ins/outs.
• Oversee assigned department and collaborate with supervisors for daily operations.
• Promote high-quality customer service through team development.
• Review and improve technical and administrative processes.
• Interview and hire qualified candidates and onboard new hires.
• Address resident concerns promptly and resolve issues.
• Identify areas for improvement to boost resident retention and revenue.
• Evaluate contractor projects for quality and contractual compliance.
• Assist the Property Manager with timely report submissions and communications to collections.
