Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons is seeking an Associate Community Manager for our on-site Farmington Hills community. You will drive leasing, supervise staff, and foster excellent resident service. Strong MS Office skills and prior sales or customer service experience are required; Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.

The role supports the Property Manager with reporting, resident relations, and event coordination, with opportunities for advancement in a values-driven, Equal Opportunity workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer service is required.
• Experience in multi-family property management and leasing preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle apartment rentals, prospect traffic, and lease documentation.
• Oversee assigned departments and collaborate with supervisors.
• Foster high-quality customer service through team development.
• Hire and onboard new staff and evaluate resident concerns promptly.
• Assist the Property Manager with reporting and communications.
• Coordinate community events and manage move-in/move-out processes.
