Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons is hiring an on-site Leasing Consultant in Richmond, VA. You will present community features to prospective renters, process applications, and prepare lease documents while maintaining strong resident relations.

The role requires sales or customer service experience, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and (preferred) Yardi Voyager or similar software. Weekend availability may be required, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is required.
• Previous leasing or multi-family property experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi Voyager or similar software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present community information to prospective renters to meet their needs.
• Provide accurate information on features of the community and surrounding area.
• Build rapport with potential residents by responding to calls and emails promptly.
• Process applications and follow up to maintain communication.
• Prepare lease contracts and related documents.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs and document status for departments.
• Listen to resident concerns and help develop solutions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
