Live Bryten is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Timnath, CO, to support daily operations, enhance resident experience, and contribute to community success. The role involves lease processing, rent collections, and coordinating with maintenance to ensure timely service and high occupancy.

On-site work required with a strong emphasis on customer service and organization. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in residential leasing/management, strong communication, and proficiency with property

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in residential leasing or property management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and overall performance of the community.
• Manage resident accounts, rent collections, and payment processing.
• Support leasing, occupancy, and resident retention goals through outstanding service.
• Process applications, conduct screenings, and assist prospective residents through leasing.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely service requests and apartment turns.
• Respond professionally to resident concerns and maintain accurate records.
