Bryten in Timnath, CO is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations at The Ellory. You will help manage resident accounts, assist leasing, coordinate maintenance, and uphold service standards to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years of residential leasing or property management, strong customer service, and familiarity with property systems (Yardi, ResMan, OneSite). On-site work with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with rent collections and financial processes preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• On-site work and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations and overall community performance.
• Manage resident accounts, rent collections, payments, delinquency follow-up.
• Support leasing, occupancy, and resident retention through service quality.
• Process applications, screenings, and guide prospective residents through leasing.
• Coordinate with maintenance for service requests and turnovers.
• Respond professionally to resident concerns and maintain accurate files.
• Assist with lease renewals, move-ins/outs, and communications.
• Support marketing and occupancy initiatives.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and company policies.
